My approach
I deeply value integrating all sides of health when considering wellness: mental, physical, and energetic. While the work we do may be serious, I’m a lighthearted person and try to make the mystical feel down-to-earth.
My journey
I began having chronic health issues in 2020 that led me to Reiki, holistic wellness, and healing parts of my past (and some past lifetimes). I’ve learned so much about my health from a soul perspective with the help of many amazing people. I hope to pass some of that along to others who are seeking the same knowledge.
